Terms of Sale

1. Who sells, and who publishes

The products presented on this site are published by CB PARIS, a simplified joint-stock company (SASU) incorporated in France and registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under SIREN number 995 244 415, trading as The Art Market Review.

Payment is processed exclusively by Lemon Squeezy Inc., acting as Merchant of Record. In that capacity Lemon Squeezy is the legal seller: the contract of sale is formed between the buyer and Lemon Squeezy, and is governed by Lemon Squeezy’s own terms and conditions, available on its website. CB PARIS is not a party to that contract, does not process payments, and does not collect applicable taxes.

The present page sets out what CB PARIS commits to as the publisher of the products. It does not replace the seller’s terms, and it does not limit any right the buyer holds against the seller.

2. The products, and their prices

Three products are offered. The Strategic Workbook, at €150. The professional templates, at €50. The bundle of both, at €175.

Prices are stated in euros and are those displayed at the moment of purchase. Any tax applicable to the buyer’s country is calculated and collected by Lemon Squeezy at checkout, and appears on the invoice it issues.

3. What is delivered, and when

The Strategic Workbook is an account, not a file. Purchase opens a personal account on the platform, which holds the ten parts and forty-three chapters, the three diagnostics, the pricing calculator, the two 2026 calendars and the two printable worksheets. Nothing is downloaded, and nothing is installed.

The templates are files. They are available from the same account, in INDD, IDML and PDF, together with the Nominee fonts and a usage guide, and may be downloaded as often as needed. Editing them requires Adobe InDesign or Affinity Publisher, which is not supplied.

Access opens at the moment the payment is confirmed. Confirmation of the order and the means of access are sent to the address given at checkout. If nothing has arrived within an hour, write to contact@theartmarketreview.com.

4. Edition, updates, and duration of access

The current edition is 2026. One payment covers that edition and every correction, addition and update published through 2027, including the two calendars once they are reset for the year. These reach the account at no further cost.

There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Access to the account is not time-limited by a term of months; it is bound to the account, which remains the buyer’s.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under Article L. 221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right will thereby be lost.

Because access opens immediately on purchase, that consent is collected at checkout, and the right of withdrawal is waived from that moment. The waiver is collected by the seller, Lemon Squeezy, whose terms govern its effect.

6. Personal use, and what may not be done

An account is personal and is granted to one named person. Access credentials are not shared, and the account is not transferred.

The templates may be used without limit for the buyer’s own professional documents, including documents produced for a gallery, an institution or a collector. They may not be resold, redistributed, shared, or offered as templates in their own right, whether modified or not.

7. Support, and technical requirements

The platform runs in a current web browser, on any machine, and requires no installation. A screen of reasonable width is needed for the pricing calculator and the calendars, which display tables.

Questions about access, an account, or a file are answered at contact@theartmarketreview.com. Questions about a payment, an invoice, a tax or a refund are handled by the seller, Lemon Squeezy, through its own support.

8. Governing law

The publisher’s commitments set out on this page are governed by French law. The contract of sale is governed by the seller’s terms. Nothing on this page removes the protection a consumer holds under the mandatory law of their country of residence.
